- All orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Promotional sales items may take 3-5 business days to process. You will be notified if takes longer to ship.

Our Just For You Commitment & Web Policies. We stand behind every purchase with our custom policy; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will either replace it or provide you with a full product refund within 21 days of purchase date, unless item is a RED DOT SALE product and a Store credit is created for you to use on our website, this Store Credit will be created as a refund replacement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If at any time you would like us to update your information or you opt-out, contact customer service. Please be sure to include your email address, full name and mailing address. Returns & Replacements
- Please let us know of any damaged or defective items and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please follow the instructions that we provide and return the item(s) to our address below: Just For You LLC. 10627 Deerbrook Drive Knoxville, TN 37922. We will email you once everything is processed and completed.
All return/exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original shipment delivery date.All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, etc.)
Items listed below and Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged: Red Dot SALE items and Other Promo Sale items, Earrings, Hosiery and leggings. We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-30% restocking fee. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as Just For You is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking info.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping.
TN Sales Tax
- TN sales tax of 9.25% will be applied to orders shipped to any address in the State of Tennessee.
Payment, Processing of orders
- We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotional sales may take 3-4 business days to process. Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be shipped the following business day. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam Box or contact us for confirmation. If you need to change, cancel, or any other assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make change requests once your order is done processing or once it is shipped. We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments, you need to email firstname.lastname@example.org with your comments.
Promotional coupon codes cannot be combined; only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotional coupon codes cannot be applied to previous orders. FINAL SALE on Red Dot SALE items.
