I hope to be able to update this review once if I am ever able to retrieve this item.

I received a notice from the post office saying that the sender requested it be held for pick up and payment. Unfortunately, the sender didn't ask me if this was ok, and the site didn't advise about duty.

I'm disabled, and am physically unable to get to the location where the item is being held. It is very ableist to assume that customers on the other end have the ability to meet demands that aren't clarified first. Giving customers an option around their experience is the inclusive option to combat discrimination.
